New Patients – Getting Started
What to Bring to Your First Appointment:
A valid Medicare card or DVA card
Any concession or Health Care cards (if applicable)
A list of your current medications or prescriptions
Any relevant medical records or specialist letters
Your completed new patient form (downloadable or available at reception)
Your First Visit
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete your registration. You’ll meet with one of our GPs to discuss your medical history, current health, and any concerns or goals you’d like to address.
Booking Your First Appointment
You can book online or call us directly. If you have complex health needs or would like a longer consultation, please let reception know so we can allocate enough time.

Our clinic is fully accessible for patients with disabilities or mobility concerns. We also offer:
Ramp access and accessible parking
On-site toilet facilities
Translation and interpreting services (TIS National or Auslan)
Assistance for hearing or vision-impaired patients
Please let us know if you have any special requirements before your visit — we’re happy to help.
