We’re proud to share the results from our most recent patient satisfaction survey. Your feedback helps us grow, improve, and continue to deliver the highest standard of care. Here’s a snapshot of how we’re doing and where we’re heading next.

Why We Survey Our Patients

Patient surveys are a part of our accreditation process, and they are conducted in line with RACGP Standards for General Practice.

Surveys are one of the best ways of obtaining honest feedback from patients about their experience with our team of doctors, nurses and reception staff.

We want to sincerely thank all patients who have taken the time to complete the survey.  In many cases, you have gone beyond what you were asked, and you have provided us with additional comments and information which will help us to grow, evolve and provide the highest level of care for our community.

In 2026 – taken January to March

Of 31 questions asked:

  • we have maintained our results in 25 – overall satisfaction 94%
  • we have improved in 5
    • seeing or talking to the doctor of your choice (+3% to 92% satisfaction)
    • receptionists were professional in dealing with you (+3% to 94% satisfaction)
    • privacy in the waiting & reception area (+7% to 86% satisfaction)
    • suitability of Clinic open hours (+3% to 85% satisfaction)
    • being able to see a doctor when urgent (+8% to 80% satisfaction)
  • we have declined in 1
    • the amount paid for each visit to the doctor (-3% to 53% satisfaction)
