Becoming a Patient

We’re always welcoming new patients of all ages. Our experienced team provides personalised care in a friendly, respectful environment — with a focus on long-term health and wellbeing.

To register as a new patient, simply book an appointment online or call our friendly reception team. You can complete your New Patient Registration Form in advance or fill one out at the clinic before your consultation.

What to Bring

Please bring the following with you to your first appointment:

  • Your Medicare card or DVA card

  • Any Pension or Health Care cards (if applicable)

  • A list of your current medications or prescriptions

  • Any relevant test results or referral letters

  • Completed New Patient Form (optional but recommended)

Before Your Appointment

Arrive about 10 minutes early to complete your paperwork and help us get to know you better. If you have complex health needs or a long history to discuss, let our team know so we can allow extra time.
