You can book online through our website, via the AMS (AutoMed Systems) app, or by calling our reception team directly.
Yes. Telehealth is available for eligible patients and appointment types. You must have seen a doctor in-person within the last 12 months to access telehealth. Bookings can be made online, or by phoning reception
Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations. A fee may apply for missed appointments or late cancellations.
Yes, if your preferred doctor is available, we’re happy to accommodate your request.
Standard consults are up to 20 minutes. Longer or complex appointments may require a longer booking — let reception know if you need extra time.
We are a private billing practice. However, we offer reduced fees for children under 16, concession card holders, and pensioners.
Fees vary depending on the type and length of the appointment. A full list is available on our Fees page, or reception can provide an estimate when booking.
Yes. We process Medicare claims electronically so you receive your rebate directly into your bank account.
Some services (like dressings, wound care, iron infusions, or ECGs) may incur extra fees. These will be explained at the time of booking.
We accept payment by EFTPOS for credit and debit cards, including American Express. Surcharge fees apply for all card payments. We also accept cash.
Payment is required on the day of your appointment.
In some cases, yes — but most prescriptions require a short consult to ensure safe and appropriate use. Please allow up to 48 hours for script-only requests.
All referrals require an appointment with your GP. This ensures the referral is appropriate and up to date.
In circumstances where you have a standing arrangement for specialist referral (e.g. annual skin check with dermatologist) you can request a repeat referral online providing you have seen your doctor within the last 12 months.
No. Medical certificates can only be issued from the date of consultation onward, not retrospectively.
Yes. A fee is charged for the doctor’s time and administration time involved in processing online requests. This fee is not Medicare rebatable.
Prescriptions will usually be delivered by token via SMS to your mobile phone. Other medical documents can be emailed, however for privacy and legal reasons, we will password-protect the document to ensure secure digital delivery.
