Dr Huw Adams is a UK-trained GP who brings a warm, friendly approach to comprehensive, patient-centred care.

Originally from Cardiff, Wales, Dr Adams graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Birmingham in 2014. He has since gained broad experience in both hospital and community settings in the UK and Australia. Dr Adams worked at Sunshine Coast University Hospital between 2016 and 2020 and returned to Queensland after completing his specialist GP training in the UK. He has since achieved Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Dr Adams enjoys all aspects of general practice and has particular interests in chronic disease management, cardiovascular health and men’s health.  He is known for his thorough, thoughtful care and his commitment to building long-term relationships with his patients.

He is available Monday to Friday and welcomes both new and existing patients.
